Hello there,

I am back with an Cruxppc (64bits 2.6) installation on a IBM 9111-285 and bellow my log. I am wondering whether there"s a problem with firmware/sms configuration or even if my harware is broken.
I am a bit anxious...

we don't have a POWER5 Intellistation but as you can read in some previous threads there is somebody with a successful CRUX PPC installation.

If your Intellistation POWER 285 (9111-285) has a scsi cdrom thus to boot try with
Code:
pseries root=/dev/scd0

I'm unable to help you with the usb error that i can see in your boot log i can only suggest to you to check your machine with a Standalone Diagnostics CD and to be sure your own machine has IBM microcodes already updated.

Code:
pseries root=/dev/hde
